Elsie’s priorities are in furthering Primavera’s belief that people and talent are at the heart of our success. Elsie is responsible for attracting, recruiting and cultivating talented individuals that will contribute to the firm’s mission, to the benefit of our investors and portfolio companies.

She was most recently a Director at Deutsche Bank’s Equity Capital Markets team.

Elsie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
