Wei joined Primavera Capital Group in 2011.  He’s responsible for the firm’s investments in consumer / retail and healthcare sectors.  Wei led or played an important role in the firm’s investment in Yum China, Oasis International Hospital, Chemspec, China AMC, Focus Media, iSoftstone, ESG, LBX Pharmacy and Asia Medical.

Prior to Primavera, Wei worked for KPMG in China and Mongolia as an auditor.

Wei holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Peking University and is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).
